    Recruitment & cognitive assessment
    Cognitive ability is the most powerful predictor of successful employment performance. However, cognitive ability is often not assessed for recruitment purposes or assessment is restricted to one or two areas (e.g. verbal reasoning). We provide a specialist service to elite recruiters, working closely with employers, managers and HR consultants to deliver bespoke solutions.

    Elite recruitment for employers: the process
    tick We will undertake a job analysis, in close partnership with the client, to the specific competencies required for the role.
    tick We will address the underpinning cognitive functions required to sustain both day-to-day and ‘peak’ performance in the role.
    tick We will examine the full range of cognitive functions – unlike organisational or occupational psychologists - which include: intelligence, learning and memory, and particularly the executive functions involved in planning, multi-tasking, on-task-focus, and control.
    tick < Our procedures are exclusive to qualified clinical psychologists and cannot be trained or practised by candidates.

    Elite recruitment for employers: selection & consultation
    Our involvement in your business will help in the recruitment/selection process, where you need to distinguish between candidates of the highest rank and ability. We can also help with in-organisation talent management for promotion / restructuring, career transition and return-to-work after illness. Our aim is to help to create success at the both the individual and organisational level.
